In April 2021 the company has been acquired by Mariner Shipping Services Ltd, a ship agent, freight forwarder, and logistics company in Malta and North Africa, both entities form Part of Hili Company. Hili Company is the holding company of an international group based in Malta. Its roots date back to 1923, the strategic focus is in Martime and Logistics industries. In Parallel the group has built a prestigious portfolio of business in finance, renewable energy and real estate.

The company’s principal activities are that of a freight forwarder, customs clearance agent, broker and an international express and domestic courier operator.
